An international poetry gala night took place in Ha Long city of the northern coastal province of Quang Ninh on February 18 within the Third International Poetry Festival 2019 and the 17th Vietnamese Poetry Day. The event, jointly held by the Vietnam Writers’ Association and the Quang Ninh People’s Committee, attracted about 200 foreign poets, writers, publishers and cultural researchers from 46 countries and territories worldwide.
