Issued on November 8, 2022, Official Gazette issues Nos. 85-88/2022, introduce five legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Resolution No. 86/NQ-CP of July 11, 2022, on development of a safe, transparent, efficient and sustainable capital market for stabilizing the macro-economy and mobilizing resources for socio-economic development;
- Decree No. 46/2022/ND-CP of July 13, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 13/2020/ND-CP of January 21, 2020, guiding in detail the Law on Animal Husbandry;
- Decision No. 809/QD-TTg of July 12, 2022, approving the Program on sustainable forestry development for the 2021-2025 period;
- Circular No. 10/2022/TT-BKHDT of June 15, 2022, providing in detail the provision and publication of information and selection of investors on the Vietnam National E-Procurement System;
- Circular No. 09/2022/TT-NHNN of July 12, 2022, guiding foreign exchange management for the business of prize-winning video games for foreigners.- (VLLF)
