Released on April 22, 2022, Official Gazette issues Nos. 05-08/2022, introduce eleven legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 117/2021/ND-CP of December 22, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 11/2010/ND-CP of February 24, 2010, providing the management and protection of road transport infrastructure facilities;
- Resolution No. 01/2021/NQ-HDTP of December 20, 2021, guiding the application of Article 201 of the Penal Code and the adjudication of criminal cases on usury in civil transactions;
- Decision No. 2161/QD-TTg of December 27, 2021, approving the national housing development strategy for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2045;
- Circular No. 28/2021/TT-BYT of December 20, 2021, promulgating the List of foods, food additives and food packages and containers with commodity codes determined according to Vietnam’s List of imports and exports for state inspection of safety of imported foods;
- Decree No. 121/2021/ND-CP of December 27, 2021, providing the business of prize-winning video games for foreigners;
- Circular No. 121/2021/TT-BTC of December 24, 2021, providing customs procedures for goods imported for the COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control, submission of documents in customs dossiers and physical inspection of imported goods and exported goods amidst the COVID-19 pandemic;
- Decree No. 134/2021/ND-CP of December 30, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 59/2019/ND-CP of July 1, 2019, detailing a number of articles of, and measures to implement, the Anti-Corruption Law;
- Circular No. 11/2021/TT-BTP of December 28, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Justice’s Circular No. 21/2011/TT-BTP of November 21, 2011, on the management of foreign child adoption offices in Vietnam;
- Circular No. 24/2021/TT-NHNN of December 31, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam’s Circular No. 39/2011/TT-NHNN of December 15, 2011, providing independent audit of credit institutions and foreign bank branches;
- Decree No. 01/2022/ND-CP of January 4, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 65/2018/ND-CP of May 12, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Railway Law; and,
- Decision No. 2234/QD-TTg of December 30, 2021, approving the Plan on implementation of the International Labor Organization’s (ILO) Convention No. 105 concerning the Abolition of Forced Labor.- (VLLF)
