Coming out on April 14, 2022, Official Gazette issues Nos. 01-04/2022, introduce three legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 114/2021/ND-CP of December 16, 2021, on the management and use of official development assistance and concessional loans of foreign donors;
- Circular No. 15/2021/TT-BXD of December 16, 2021, providing guidance on technical infrastructure facilities for wastewater collection and drainage in urban areas and concentrated residential areas; and,
- Circular No. 24/2021/TT-BCT of December 16, 2021, providing the principle of administering the import of salt, birds’ eggs and unmanufactured tobacco in 2022 within tariff quotas.- (VLLF)
