Released on March 03, 2022, Official Gazette issues Nos. 130-132/2021, introduce seven legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decision No. 33/2021/QD-TTg of November 6, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg of July 7, 2021, on implementation of a number of policies to support employees and employers that face difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic;
- Decision No. 34/2021/QD-TTg of November 8, 2021, providing electronic identification and authentication on the platforms of the National Population Database, Citizen Identity Database and National Immigration Database;
- Decree No. 97/2021/ND-CP of November 8, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 23/2018/ND-CP of February 23, 2018, providing compulsory fire and explosion insurance;
- Circular No. 23/2021/TT-BGTVT of November 5, 2021, guiding the making, approval and announcement of project lists; and methods and criteria for evaluation of bid dossiers and bidding for selection of investors for specialized aviation service works at airports and aerodromes;
- Decision No. 1911/QD-TTg of November 15, 2021, on the connection and sharing of information between the National Population Database and national databases and specialized databases;
- Circular No. 16/2021/TT-NHNN of November 10, 2021, providing the purchase and sale of corporate bonds by credit institutions and foreign bank branches; and,
- Circular No. 18/2021/TT-NHNN of November 18, 2021, prescribing the rediscount of negotiable instruments among credit institutions and foreign bank branches.- (VLLF)
