Issued on December 08, 2020, Official Gazette issues Nos. 94-96/2020, introduce seven legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Circular No. 79/2020/TT-BCA of July 14, 2020, guiding suspension from exit or suspension from entry;
- Circular No. 18/2020/TT-BCT of July 17, 2020, on the development of solar power projects and model power purchase and sale contracts applicable to solar power projects;
- Decision No. 1129/QD-TTg of July 27, 2020, approving the Scheme on development of night-time economy in Vietnam;
- Decree No. 88/2020/ND-CP of July 28, 2020, detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Occupational Safety and Health regarding compulsory occupational accident and disease insurance;
- Decree No. 89/2020/ND-CP of August 4, 2020, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Vietnam Social Security
- Decision No. 1187/QD-TTg of August 4, 2020, promulgating the Program on physics development during 2021-2025; and,
- Circular No. 03/2020/TT-BXD of July 28, 2020, prescribing architectural design dossiers and the form of architectural practice certificate.- (VLLF)
