Released on September 18, 2020, Official Gazette issues Nos. 64-67/2020, introduce seven legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Decree No. 65/2020/ND-CP of June 10, 2020, prescribing the organization of management of and regimes for stayers at accommodation establishments pending exit from the country;
- Decree No. 66/2020/ND-CP of June 11, 2020, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 68/2017/ND-CP of May 25, 2017, on management and development of industrial clusters;
- Decision No. 757/QD-TTg of June 04, 2020, approving the Plan on implementation of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) Agreement on Port State Measures to Prevent, Deter and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing through 2025;
- Decree No. 64/2020/ND-CP of June 10, 2020, guiding the implementation of temporary admission under the Istanbul Convention;
- Decision No. 18/2020/QD-TTg of June 10, 2020, on establishment of prohibited areas and restricted areas for unmanned aircraft and ultra-light instruments;
- Decree No. 67/2020/ND-CP of June 15, 2020, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 68/2016/ND-CP of July 1, 2016, prescribing conditions on trading of duty-free goods, operation of warehouses, storing yards, and places for customs clearance, goods gathering and customs inspection and supervision;
