Coming out on August 4, 2020, Official Gazette issues Nos. 44-48/2020, introduce five legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Decree No. 43/2020/ND-CP of April 08, 2020, prescribing the execution of death sentences by lethal injection;
- Decree No. 44/2020/ND-CP of April 08, 2020, prescribing coercion of judgment execution against commercial legal persons;
- Decree No. 45/2020/ND-CP of April 08, 2020, on performance of administrative procedures in the electronic environment;
- Decree No. 47/2020/ND-CP of April 09, 2020, prescribing the management, connection and sharing of digital data of state agencies; and,
- Decision No. 14/2020/QD-TTg of April 08, 2020, promulgating the Regulation on coordination in settlement of international investment disputes.- (VLLF)
