Issued on July 15, 2020, Official Gazette issues Nos. 37-40/2020, introduce nine legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Resolution No. 30/NQ-CP of March 12, 2020, promulgating the Government’s Action Program for implementation of the Political Bureau’s Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW of January 15, 2019, on raising the efficiency of management, exploitation, use and promotion of resources of the economy;
- Circular No. 01/2020/TT-NHNN of March 13, 2020, on credit institutions and foreign bank branches carrying out debt rescheduling, giving exemption from or reduction of loan interests and charges, and maintaining classified loan groups in order to help their clients affected by the Covid-19 pandemic;
- Decision No. 393/QD-TTg of March 18, 2020, approving the adjusted overall master plan on socio-economic development of Da Nang city through 2020, with a vision toward 2030;
- Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BGDDT of March 18, 2020, detailing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 86/2018/ND-CP of June 6, 2018, on foreign cooperation and investment in education;
- Decree No. 35/2020/ND-CP of March 24, 2020, detailing a number of articles of the Competition Law;
- Circular No. 02/2020/TT-BKHDT of March 23, 2020, prescribing the classification of institutional sectors applicable in Vietnam’s statistics;
- Decree No. 38/2020/ND-CP of April 3, 2020, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Vietnamese Guest Workers;
- Circular No. 15/2020/TT-BTC of March 23, 2020, guiding the printing, issuance, management and use of stamps for liquor produced for domestic consumption and imported liquor; and,
