Gathering marks 69th anniversary of China’s National Day

Speaking at the event, Chairman of the municipal VCFA Duong Quan Ha lauded the growing bilateral ties via high-level visits by Party and State leaders, economic and trade collaboration, people-to-people exchanges, and cooperation within multilateral frameworks. All of this has been making positive contributions to peace, stability, and prosperity in the region and the world, Ha stressed.
He said ties between VUFO, the municipal VCFA, and the Chinese Consulate General and business community in Ho Chi Minh have been effective, contributing to raising mutual understanding between people from the city and Chinese localities.
Chinese Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City Chen Dehai said the year 2018 marks the 10th anniversary of the China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, which has seen great progress in its active dialogue mechanisms, practical coordination, and closer people-to-people exchanges.
Chen vowed to work closely with the HUFO and the municipal VCFA to raise mutual understanding and trust towards enriching the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between the two nations. –VNA
