The well-wishers are General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Nguyen Phu Trong, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, and Polish President Andrzej Duda, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, Speaker of the Sejm (lower house) Elzbieta Witek, and Speaker of the Senate Tomasz Grodzki.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh also exchanged a congratulatory message with Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs Jacek Czaputowicz./.
