Hanoi (VNA) – No Vietnamese citizens have been reported among victims of explosions in Sri Lanka on April 21, according to the Vietnam Embassy in Sri Lanka.

At the request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the embassy has been working closely with local competent agencies to keep update on the situation and promptly carry out citizen protection measures when necessary.

To seek support, Vietnamese citizens are advised to contact the embassy via the hotline 94(11)269 6050 (EXT. 101 or 110) or 84 981 848484.

A series of bombings targeting churches and hotels hit Sri Lanka on Sunday Easter, leaving 185 dead and injuring 469 others, Xinhua News Agency reported.-VNA
