Reference exchange rate down 6 VND

With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,594 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,220 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks stayed stable.
Vietcombank kept both rates unchanged from February 18, listing the buying rate at 23,150 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,250 VND/USD.
Both rates listed by BIDV also stood unchanged at 23,150 VND/USD (buying) and 23,250 VND/USD.
Techcombank maintained both rates at the same levels as on February 18, at 23,130 VND/USD (buying) and 23,250 VND/USD (selling). - VNA
