Hanoi (VNA) – The German parliament has approved the “Bildungscampus Deutscheland” (German education campus) project in Ho Chi Minh City.

This is another significant project in the framework of the Germany- Vietnam strategic partnership, following the success of the Deutsches Haus building complex also in Vietnam’s largest hub.

The “Bildungscampus Deutscheland” project will have total investment of about 25 million EUR (28.5 million USD), with 18 million EUR funded by the federal budget of Germany. It aims to build the International German School (IGS) HCM City that can accommodate 600 students.

Also under the project, the two nations are planning the construction of a modern vocational school, which is expected to provide training for about 600 learners. -VNA
