Hanoi (VNA) - The Association of Vietnamese Photography Artists (AVPA) in collaboration with the Photographic Society of America (PSA) opened the PSA international photo exhibition in Hanoi on June 2.

The exhibition brings together 148 "photographic moments" taken by 148 professional and amateur photographers from 43 countries worldwide.

Because the authors are from countries in the world, the exhibition provides a diverse space for the images on the subject, content and form of expression. With the development of camera technology and the image-editing technology of photoshop, many photos have attracted the viewer's attention to the colours, detail and layout.

Through the photo exhibitions, domestic and international photographers have an opportunity to exchange and share about their works, photography trends, experience, and skills, contributing to enlarging the photographic playground for photographers around the world, including many Vietnamese photographers.

The exhibition runs until to June 17, and then moves to Ho Chi Minh City for display from July 21 to August 5.

The Photographic Society of America is a worldwide organisation for anyone with an interest in photography. Founded in 1934, the Society is for casual shutterbugs, serious amateurs, and professional photographers.

PSA has members in over 60 countries and territories.-VNA
