The launching ceremony of the Vietnam Mediation Center (VMC) and the Rules of Mediation was organized on May 29 in Hanoi.

The event was held by the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC), with support from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), member of the World Bank Group.
The VMC, one of the first organizations of this kind in Vietnam, provides dispute resolution services through mediation based on Government Decree No. 22/2017/ND-CP on commercial mediation.
The VIAC and the VMC will provide dispute resolution services through arbitration in the VIAC and medication in VMC to help businesses prevent the use of negative measures in addressing disputes as well as seek for ways to treat with disputes not only in trade issues but also socio-economic matters, said Chairman of VIAC Tran Huu Huynh.- (VGP/VLLF)
